Franklin is the founder of Fire Lion Franklin Publishing, a publishing imprint focused on purposeful authorship, and ALROWS, LLC, a professional education platform providing instruction in Right-of-Way acquisition and eminent domain fundamentals. Esther Franklin gained her seasoned authority in the interlacing service areas of right-of-way acquisition, appraisals, title search, and eminent domain over the course of two decades working within the legal field and real estate sector. In 2011, she founded the minority-owned real estate title firm Tri-State Paralegal Service, LLC in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where she continues to oversee an empowered staff of agents specializing in complex transactional matters.

In May of 2018, Esther played a pivotal role in the formation of ALROWS, LLC, which stands for All Land Right of Way Services. Here, she serves as Chief Operations Executive and Senior Title Agent, providing scaled industry solutions while steering a distinguished team as they conduct title searches and ensure diligent efficiency in the documentation of eminent domain cases.
