In 2011, she founded the minority-owned real estate title firm Tri-State Paralegal Service, LLC in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where she continues to oversee an empowered staff of agents specializing in complex transactional matters.
In May of 2018, Esther played a pivotal role in the formation of ALROWS, LLC, which stands for All Land Right of Way Services.
